Our team brings together decades of experience building the field of impact investing as advisors, trustees, academics, practitioners, authors and investment professionals.
Our History
Community Capital Advisors (CCA) is a national impact investing consultancy founded in 2017 and organized as a single member LLC (Marc Rand, Managing Partner, sole member) and a team of senior-level consultants who have enjoyed working together in various capacities for over a decade.

​CCA advises foundations and mission-driven organizations of all types and sizes on the design and implementation of impact investing programs that advance the organization’s mission and accomplish their community impact and social justice goals. We draw on first-hand experience as practitioners and leaders across various disciplines including philanthropy, investment management, impact investing, affordable housing and community development finance. Our sole purpose is helping clients achieve alignment of their investment capital, policies and practices with their mission and organizational priorities.
