Rashaud Haines

Ra’Shaud Haines is a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at Home Bank with a passion for empowering his community with 20 years of consumer and commercial lending experience.


In his current role with Home Bank, Mr. Haines focuses on affordable housing, Historic Tax Credits, New Market Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and other programs aimed at increasing economic growth within historically underserved communities.  Prior to joining Home Bank, Ra’Shaud served as the Loan Fund Manager for the Foundation for Louisiana where he managed their lending activity for their current and future funds under management, provided leadership support to senior staff in fund development activities to grow loan fund capital as well as support for operations and work with the CFO to ensure seamless integration of lending data, accounting, financial analysis and management reporting. Ra’Shaud has also led the creation and launch of an automated financial innovation platform from concept to viable product, allowing credit unions to provide small loans to clients via an expedited, paperless process.  He previously served as Vice President of Commercial Lending at Liberty Bank, developing and maintaining important client relationships, generating revenue for the organization and leading the FDIC Small Dollar Loan Pilot Program, which provided responsible small loans to individuals and offered “workplace” loans through medium-sized and large companies. He received his foundational training in financial accounting, corporate finance theory, cash flow analysis, credit/risk analysis, financial modeling, valuation, business writing, business etiquette, advanced excel from Key Bank.  He has a degree in business administration from Morehouse College and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans.
