Sohel has launched Integrated Capital Advisors (ICA), a fractional, transitional, and project-based CIO advisory firm helping foundations, endowments, family offices, and other mission-driven institutions strengthen investment governance and access institutional-quality investment leadership.

The name reflects the work: integrating capital with mission. The belief that an institution's investments should advance what it stands for sits at the center of everything ICA does.
